Wrap Around Facilities

Welcome to Lark Hall Wrap Around

Wrap Around Care is open to Reception to Year 2 children. All persons connected to our Wrap Around Care are DBS checked to an enhanced level. We aim to provide a happy, safe & secure environment that delivers a high standard of care.

The Wrap Around Care runs in 2 parts:

• Breakfast Club Provision 7.45am - 8.50 am 
• After School Club 3.00pm - 5.00pm (The children are walked up to Flax Hill and are collected from there)

The Breakfast Club Provision 

Breakfast Club provision runs Monday to Friday, term time only.  The cost is £5.00 per child per day.  This includes breakfast, drink and childcare, and is payable on Parent Pay.

After School Club 

After School Club will continue to meet the needs of Early Years and Key Stage One children through a variety of extra curricular activities.  The cost is £4.00 per hour per child.

Booking and Payment

This is a pre book / pre paid service, all payments are required in advance every two weeks. Payment must be paid via our Parent Pay system. Non-payment may result in withdrawal of care and your child losing their placement with us.

If you are registering a new child to Lark Hall, please phone 01827 215333 as you will be required to complete additional paperwork. Bookings are to be completed in advance by filling in a Booking Form via Teachers to Parents.  We will require 2 weeks notice of any changes to your booking. You may also incur a late booking fee for altering hours or making extra bookings within the two week period.
